25) Maya, Akhilesh’s First Joint Rally on April,7 at Deoband :

Bahujan Samaj Party Chief Mayawati and her Samajwadi Party counter part Akhilesh Yadav are likely to kick off Joint rallies in Uttar Pradesh from Deoband in Saharanpur during the auspicious period of Navaratri on April,7 and the alliance is firming up its strategy on seats where the Congress is putting up Muslim candidates.

Prinyanka Gandhi on Wednesday(12/03/2019) began her address with ‘behnon aur bhaiyon’ instead of the usual ‘bhaiyon aur behnon’.

The data analytics department of Congress has assessed that it is women who feel most strongly about unemployment.

28) 200 BJP workers seek Tickets in Arunachal Pradesh :

The State will have simultaneous Assembly and Lok Sabha polls on April,11.  There has been a huge rush in the number of BJP workers seeking tickets.  Around 200 applicants have applied for tickets in the 60 members Assembly election in the State.

29) Battle for Andhra Pradesh :

Andhra Pradesh heads for simultaneous elections for the state of Assembly and Parliament on April,11 in the first phase.  The ruling Telugu Desam Party (TDP) will arouse nativist  sentiments to counter anti-incumbency riding.

30) TDP may have to toil after losing 2014 allies :

In a close contest between TDP and YSR Congress in Andhra Pradesh this time around TDP is expected to straggle minus its former allies BJP and Jana Sena Party. In 2014 pools TDP won 102 out of 175 Assembly seats, while YSRCP secured 66 seats through voting percentage difference between the two was a mere 0.4 percent.

31) Advertising Rates Shooting up during poll season :

The 2019 election campaign will set a new record for political ad spending, some pegging it at 4000 crore, up 25% from the 2014 election.

32) TV ad rats mainly of new channels,  go up during election time.
