Welcome to Short Poems On Accountability. Accountability plays an important role in our life to achieve goals and to progress in life. As we grow up, we slowly understand about our duties, responsibilities and accountability. Some people want to avoid them and lead a meaningless life. Through Short Poems On Accountability and few selected Accountability Quotes, we will try to understand accountability and be an accountable person.

There are five Short Poems On Accountability written by me. These short poems will give clarity about duty, responsibility and accountability. Without these three vital ingredients in life, a person may become an utter failure. So, everybody should understand and appreciate these qualities.

WHAT ACCOUNTABILITY MEANS:-

  • Accountability is an assurance that an individual or organization is evaluated on its performance or behavior related to something for which it is responsible.
  • Accountability is a trait of being responsible and open to having your decisions and actions scrutinized.
  • Taking personal responsibility, showing evidence of what you have and haven’t done, and regularly reporting on your progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY EXAMINATION

When a project fail

The owner is a looser

The Project Manager should face

Accountability examination.

This should be his explanation to himself as well as to his owner

Similarly – The Project Manager should call for

Accountability examination

From his team mates also.

Remember….For any project

The goal should be to complete the project in time

Should be a winning situation for one and all

Happy ending is always possible

With responsibility, accountability of one and all.

ACCOUNTABILITY IN LIFE

Everybody has the right to improve his life

May be through initiative and extra initiative

May be through hard work and smart work

May be through luck too

BUT

Remember….

No improvement can be possible without taking responsibility

Having accountability in life.

THE RIGHT PATH

Blaming others is no solution for progress

Finding fault with others is no solution for improvement

The right path is having initiative, responsibility

Having accountability to accomplish the job and achieve the goal.

Yes – you can be the best

You can have high standard

Choose to be innovative and creative

To improve everyday bit by bit.

ADVENTURE OR MISADVENTURE

If we are not accountable

We don’t bother for results

If we are not responsible

The work may go haywire.

We are cent-percent responsible for what we do or not do

Whether we do adventure or misadventure

We are responsible for everything that we do in our life.

Of course , this life is ours

Still – we should be acceptable to ourselves and others

AND

This is possible when we are responsible and accountable in the eyes of others.
